Custom 9 Inch Hay Grapple Hook

The manufacturing of the 9-inch hay grapple hook—commonly utilized in forage collection and hay bale accumulators—primarily employs heavy-duty steel, formed through hot forging and finished via precision machining processes. As this component must withstand immense tensile forces and friction during the grappling of hay bales, the production process places a strong emphasis on ensuring the metal's tensile strength and wear resistance.

The bale Grabber hooks is mounted onto a loader to move groups of bales. It has hooks arranged, two per bale, to securely hold and move small square bales of hay and straw. This is where the magic of the system happens. The grabber is built from heavy-duty materials to last a lifetime.

Cast steel bale hooks once the group is tight, a single hydraulic cylinder rotates all the hooks simultaneously into the top of the bales to pick up the group. These durable hooks allow for 2 hooks per bale to ensure the bundle is secure while transporting bundles.
