1. Supplying a full range of wear-resistant Ground Engaging Tools (G.E.T.).
2. Featuring precision casting and high-strength alloy steel.
3. Supporting OEM/ODM services and small-batch reverse engineering customization.
Our manufacturing processes for bucket teeth primarily fall into three mainstream categories: sand casting, precision casting, and forging. Key production steps—including material selection and proportioning, forming (casting or forging), heat treatment (quenching and tempering), and surface treatment and inspection—are designed to ensure high strength, wear resistance, and impact resistance.
Currently the mainstream market process; it offers high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finishes, allows for the production of complex shapes, delivers balanced performance, and comes at a moderate cost.

The lowest-cost method, though it results in a relatively loose internal microstructure and inferior wear resistance and service life; it is typically used for low-end applications or light-duty operating conditions.
Involves shaping via mechanical hammering or pressing; this process creates continuous internal metal flow lines and refined grain structures, resulting in superior density and mechanical properties. While forging yields a service life often more than double that of castings, it also entails the highest production costs.

We are not merely a supplier but a direct manufacturer deeply rooted in metallurgy and casting technologies.

We utilize low-carbon alloy steel and high-manganese steel castings, perfectly suited for high-friction and high-impact operating conditions.

Anti-rust paint and baked enamel finishes; colors can be customized to match the client's brand (e.g., yellow, black, red).
Excellent cost-performance ratio; good self-sharpening capability.
General earthmoving, loose sand/soil.
Thickened wear-resistant material; superior impact resistance.
Crushed stone, hard rock, mining operations.
Thickened side wear protection; maximized service life.
High-abrasion, high-intensity excavation
Overcoming the high minimum order quantity (MOQ) barriers typical of large manufacturers:
Customization based on drawings or samples: Backed by a robust reverse engineering team, we provide end-to-end conversion from 2D/3D drawings to finished products.
Small-batch customization: Our flexible production lines accommodate small-batch trial runs, making them ideal for niche markets or the development of accessories for new equipment models.
Contract manufacturing for brands: We offer comprehensive branding services, including logo marking (stamping/casting) and custom packaging.

Every batch of bucket tooth adapters and bucket teeth leaving the factory undergoes strict testing:
Spectrometer Analysis: Ensures chemical composition meets specifications 100%.
Hardness Testing: Ensures both core and surface hardness meet standard requirements (typically 47–53 HRC).
Impact Testing: Ensures resistance to brittle fracture under extreme weather and operating conditions.

Submit your OEM part numbers or drawings, and we will provide a detailed quote—including process specifications—within 24 hours.
